Son of Boulderfax Grimdur, Durnan Grimdur is the current chairman and head of the Trade Commission of Du'Cragolm. He was also the former King of the Dwarven nation before it's surrender to the Ethalian nation in 7BU.
Durnan is generally known as a happy dwarf. While a cunning businessman as well as a just ruler, he prefers to win people over with his extreme charisma and cavernous smile. He was extremely popular as king until his decision to sign over the nation to Ethalian leadership. This caused the major divide now seen in dwarven politics. Many see joining the empire as a move inviting increased trade and prosperity, while others lament the loss of their own soverignty.
